To make a game-play more well-organized the Gathering's members have to follow ground rules.

1. The rules are an indirect legal instrument which defines detailed principles of The Gathering's existence.
2. The rules can be altered or/and added if necessary.
3. The rules can be altered or/and added only by The Gathering's general assebly.
4. The alteration or/and addition can be occured by simple majority of votes.
5. Stealing into someone's place of experience gathering is prohibited.
6. Using unofficial software to play Tibia is prohibited.
7. Abusing game weakness in order to get benefits and/or profits is prohibited.
8. Account sharing is prohibited.
9. Insulting and/or offensive statement towards not only the Gathering's members but all the Celestians is prohibited.
10. Spamming: guild-chat, game-chat, help channel, default channel and private massage channel is prohibited.
11. Personal and/or joint property's thiefing is prohibited.
12. Any attempt of deception with the aim to acquire personal and/or joint property is prohibited.
13. Speaking English on the Gathering's forum and guild chat is compulsory
14. Treating not only the Gathering's members but all the Celestians in a decent, kind and helpful (if it's possible) way is compulsory.
15. Being active on the guild-chat during an online stay is compulsory.
15a. Being inactive on the guild-chat during an online stay is acceptable when a given member is hunting, doing team-quests or spending time away from the keyboard.

16. Finding out about the Gathering's rules violation forces a discoverer to report the violation to:
15.a: Recruiter, if an accused member is new in the Gathering's ranks,
15.b: Diplomat, Leader, Vice-leader or Judge, if an accused member is old in the Gathering's ranks.

17. Not following to the Gathering's rules leads to a possibility for dismissal of a given member from the guild.

1. Recruiter takes care about the applications.
2. Application has to be added on the Gathering's forum in the RECRUITMENT section.
3. Before adding an application in the recruitment section, read THIS THREAD to familiarize with the requirements fn the Gathering.
4. By adding an application, means you agreed and signed the Gathering's rules.
5. Application has to be written with proper English without any racist comments nor offensive statements.
6. Application is a way of introduction, so it's very welcome being creative in the presentation (answering only to my question's examples won't be taken into consideration).
7. If Recruiter accepts application, an election is conducted.
8. Candidate is invited to the Gathering if there aren't any contraindications and the election is finished with simple majority of votes.
9. Newcomer receives the lowest rank in the guild for 14 days. In that time he has a probationary period (trial) in which he has to show exemplary behaviour.
10. If newcomer infringe the rules or the Constitution in the trial he'll be dismissed from the guild.
11. Newcomer has a right to get a 'title' in the Gathering.
12. Newcomer doesn't have a right to vote.
13. All the application's rules can be avoided if necessary.
